WELCOME INVITATION
I am pleased to announce that the 16th Migraine Trust International
Symposium will be held in London from 18th-20th September 2006, and
honoured to accept the chairmanship of this conference.
The Migraine Trust International Symposium is the longest established
international headache conference in the world. It is highly respected
by researchers, having provided us with a truly independent and
professional forum
for the best in headache research since 1976. It also complements the
Migraine Trust’s ongoing work in the education of sufferers and health
professionals, as
well as its international research funding programme.
The 16th International Symposium will focus on Research – The
Way to the
Future. Research is the only way ahead for our patients it provides
understanding, new therapies and at its core hope. For those of us who
attend
it is a chance to communicate new ideas and revise old ones. For our
patients such meetings are a real chance to develop skills to minimise
their disability.
I therefore have pleasure in inviting you to help contribute to this
process
by participating in the 16th Migraine Trust International
Symposium.
Following the 16th
Migraine Trust International Symposium, a Symposium on Childhood
Headache will take place on Thursday 21st September at the Kensington
Town Hall. For further information on how to register and the programme

We look forward to seeing you in London in September 2006.
